Heartsaver® CPR & AED
The Heartsaver CPR with AED Course teaches the basic techniques of adult CPR and use of an AED. Students also learn to use barrier devices in CPR and give first aid for choking in the responsive victim. The course teaches how to recognize the signs of 4 major emergencies: heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest, and Foreign Body Airway Obstruction.

Target Audience:
Designed for employee training at companies, corporations, businesses or other entities. For employees and/or designated first responders who have a duty to respond to a cardiac emergency because of job responsibilities or regulatory requirements.
Written Exam / Skills Testing for completion: Skills testing with AHA Instructor during course. (No written exam.)
Card Type/Certification by AHA: Heartsaver CPR & AED course completion card
